After your initial consultation, we will together determine your Doshic Status. Once this is established, there are definite dietary concerns important for correcting any imbalance, and maintaining your proper balance. These dietary guidelines work in conjunction with the Ayurvedic treatments in order to maintain your proper balance.
After making the appointment for your initial consultation, please download the Client Registration Form.pdf and the Doshic Balance Worksheet. Fill them out before arrival, and remember to bring them with you! This will save us both time before your appointment.
