According to Ayurveda wisdom originates in the stomach.  Thus it is vital to nourish your wisdom with food that accommodates your doshic balance.  

  

Ayureveda emphasizes the consumption of all of the six tastes, sweet, sour, bitter, salt, pungent and astringent daily.  

  

This 3 hour cooking workshop is aimed at those who need to control their diet due to being Diabetic, or are in danger of becoming Diabetic.  The recipes are created with these special needs in mind.  There will be some hands on participation.


Please note that this class is limited to ten people.  Reservations will be held only with a 50% non-refundable deposit, on a first come, first served basis.  If you would like to make a reservation, please use the link above to send us an email, and we will email you back with further information and answer any questions you may have. We are sorry but this check is non-refundable due to the nature of the up front costs associated with preparing a workshop such as this.


Upon receipt of your check, we will send you a final confirmation.  The balance of $40.00 is due upon the beginning of the class on the day of the workshop.  Please bring a container or two with you on the day of the class in order to take home any leftovers.
